We held an orientation for new students on October 1 with 17 participants. Prof. Saito, Prof. Tamada and Prof. Carpenter delivered presentations.

August 27
Summer School: The annual Summer School of Asian Law and Dispute Management ("SALAD") was held from August 19-23. The lectures in English were given by 12 lecturers from Kobe University, partner universities, law firms, and international mediation center in various Asian jurisdictions. A total of 65 participants from Singapore, China, Macau, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea and Japan took part in this intensive program.
